ULTRASOUND EXAMINATION, SONOGRAPHY

Our practice has a modern ultrasound device with (color) doppler function.

This allows us a radiation-free and gentle examination of the internal organs and makes an X-ray examination unnecessary in many cases.

We use it for examinations of

- the heart,

- the abdomen,

- the reproductive organs,

- the bladder,

- Musculoskeletal

- and of course for pregnancy examinations.

Sometimes it is necessary to shave your pet in certain parts of the body for the ultrasound examination, but we try to keep these areas as small as possible and do not remove more fur than necessary.

Moreover, it is our wish that your pet feels as comfortable as possible during the ultrasound examination and we always do our best to offer a comfortable position and a soft suspension, so that the investigation remains as stress free as possible.
