OFFICE HOURS / SERVICE HOURS

In our practice we differentiate between office hours and service hours.

During office hours we treat your pet. During service hours you can buy food and medications, weigh your pet, or make an appointment for the office hours. 

Our practice is open Monday to Friday as follows below:

Service hours:

Before you bring your pet in for an examination or treatment, please give us a short call to arrange an appointment. 

Appointments will always be available on the same day! 

This will help you and your pet to avoid experiencing unnecessary delays and stress. 

 Also, in emergency situations, we will be better prepared for your arrival! 

Office hours: (appointment only):

Surgeries and home visits are scheduled outside office hours.

Fees and payment methods:

The calculation of fees for our services, is subjected to GOT (fees for veterinarians). 

Please understand that fees for treatments, medications and nutrition are to be paid immediately after the treatment. 

You can pay:

- In cash

- By debit card with PIN

We will provide you with a receipt with a detailed list of our services according to GOT. 

Emergencies: 

Outside service hours our answering machine will inform you of emergency phone numbers. 

In general, Dr. Welzel is on call during our lunch break from Monday – Friday between 1.30 p.m. and 3.30 p.m. 

At night and on weekends, please contact a veterinary clinic or veterinary practice with 24/7 office hours.
